These may include—but are not limited to—confetti cannons, streamer kits, effect accessories, or branded merchandise. By placing an order through our website or by phone, you agree to the terms stated below.

  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST will generally be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification via email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Melbourne Fireworks uses trusted national carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, or similar. Shipping options and estimated delivery times include:

  • Regulated pyrotechnic materials to private individuals without valid permits
  • Hazardous items to P.O. Boxes

  1. Click & Collect / Local Pickup

For Melbourne-based customers, we offer a Local Pickup option:

  • Pickup is available from our Port Melbourne location during business hours.
  • You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID at the time of pickup.
  1. Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

  1. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Melbourne Fireworks takes great care to pack and ship items securely. However, issues may still occur during transit:

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include photos of the damage and keep all packaging materials.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first, then notify us. We will assist in filing a claim.
  • Delayed Shipments: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier disruptions.

At this time, Melbourne Fireworks primarily ships within Australia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order to verify availability, shipping costs, and compliance with international regulations.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order. Melbourne Fireworks is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment fees will apply for returned or redirected packages.
